New dishes on the seasonal menu

The asparagus season is behind us.

In anticipation of cocks we have prepared for you several dishes with green beans, strawberries and rhubarb. 🍴

On the menu you will find:
– Salad with goat cheese, strawberries and rhubarb 🐐🍓
– Cod fillet with string beans and potato mousse with saffron 🐟
– Beef sirloin steak with string beans, puree and strawberry-rhubarb sauce 🐄🔪
– Strawberry semifreddo with rhubarb confiture 🍓🍨
